Immediately after received our goods, try to look and find any problem on your items. It must be notified within 14 days by emailing us, and fully informed of the details described of the defection.
Problem goods shall be promptly sent to us, we have received will be given after the inspection made and is true to be exchange.
Before returning the problem goods, please fill out a note, which indicate the order number, your name, address and telephone number. (Please be sure to fill out the real name, address and telephone number and return reason.) Incomplete will not do care.

Returns are not accepted following requirements:

Any quality problem in a clothing exchange of goods can only be swapped when the same style of product. Or after-sales department, agreed for replace other goods (postage borne by the customer).
Returns goods, who pay the costs incurred? Postage fees will bear by the customer itself for sending it back to us.
Please return the unworn garments, with original labels attached, in its original condition. No exchange on used items. Goods sold are not refundable. NO DAMAGED ITEMS by buyer or shipping allowed for exchanging. Because all products are import, so we do not held responsible for any Quality or Damaged Problems, so there are no any refund or exchange. For those buyer who have higher requests / perfect principle / high demand on material and quality, suggested NOT to participant to avoid unhappy situation as we do not have any.
if you are completely not satisfied with your purchase (Damage during shipment or wrong item) You can send it back to us.
- Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.

How about postage charges ?
Customer would have to bare for the postage fee shipped back to us during return process. We will not refund the shipping charges that customer have paid during first purchase. Please allow 14 working days for this process to be complete.

Steps to follow

2. Item/s that want to return for refund / exchange, must be returned within 7 days by Poslaju National Courier Service to the following address :

3. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached (if any), unwashed and unworn, clean and undamaged, etc. We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on items as this may make these items non-returnable. WE STRICTLY NOT ACCEPT RETURN IF THE ITEM RETURN WITHOUT ORIGINAL PLASTIC BAG AND SIZE TAG
4. Honeydear has rights to reject the refund / exchange if the above condition (point 1, 2 & 3) is not fulfilled. Item/s that was rejected for refund / exchange, will not return back to the customer unless the customer bear for the return postage.
Please allow 15-20 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Your refund will be credited to your banking account (Maybank & Cimb Bank ONLY) or as a equavalent credit for your next purchase in Honeydear Website.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately together with the photos of the damage item. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
NON CLAIMED ITEM (PARCEL RETURN)
For those item/s returned to us by courier company due to non-claimed by customer, postage will be charged to re-send the item to the customer. We will send the tracking number to customer when we ship the item. It normally will take not more than 3 days to reach to the recipient. Please check with courier company (Poslaju) if item was not receive after 3 days we send the tracking no to you, to avoid unclaimed parcel issue.

Honeydear Online will keep the un-claimed parcel for 30 calendar days from the date of the parcel returned. Customer failing to claim back teh return parcel within 30 calendar days will be unclaimable and the item will be given or donate or destroyed.
**p/s : All our packaging are strictly discreet and packed in our Honeydear Paper Box and sealed in Poslaju Plastic Flyer. Honeydear are not responsible for damage during delivery. If you found the packaging damage when receive, please file a complain to poslaju or the relavent courier company.
